Testimonials

Shalom, is a thoughtful, warm, reflective and insightful therapist and this, married with her creative practice, is a wonderful combination. We at the KORU project are very lucky she works with our children, young people and families too. We highly recommend her to you.”

I can’t praise Shalom’s work enough. She has worked with children who have been identified as needing support to understand and manage their feelings and emotions.  These have included bereavement, anxiety, social skills or to develop resilience whilst living in challenging family circumstances. Children attend sessions enthusiastically and the impact has been significant, supporting children’s progress both emotionally and educationally.
Staff have engaged in group sessions, including whole school INSETs, small group and individual sessions.  The response from staff is always highly positive in a profession where stress and pressure are daily concerns.  The feedback from individuals is always strong where she has supported either on a professional or personal basis.”

Inner-Gold Therapies has given me the confidence to express myself in any situation. Shalom’s calm and caring manner has shown me the route to express, and most important of all to implement, the importance of self-care and worth.”

I am very lucky to have met Shalom, as she understands that because I’m autistic I have different needs, and she has met them to the highest of her ability, being non-judgemental and extremely validating. I have been seeing her for roughly a year now. I was out of options and she was my last hope, and I’m pleasantly surprised with how professional and thoughtful she has been towards me, considering my previous experiences. She has made a significant, positive difference in my life.”
